I love finding new healthy recipes. This is one that I found on Pinterest for 5 Ingredient Banana Bread. It is so easy to make and incredibly tasty! My baby loves it, too!
5 ingredient Banana Bread
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan (I used Coconut Oil Spray from Trader Joe’s). Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the loaf cool in the pan and store in the refrigerator. Delicious with almond butter!
