Have you ever noticed your daily thoughts toward yourself? Do you talk to yourself like you would talk to someone you love?
It’s a practice for me to be kind to myself. I’m my biggest critic and I sometimes hone in on my “flaws”. Being watchful of my thoughts is key. I watch the patterns I have when I feel insecure or fearful. And I practice being kind and compassionate. Because I know that this work ripples into my relationships with everyone around me. The more I understand about Kindness on a personal level the more I can spread it around.
